Where do you spend your limited advertising funds

I've a limited budget to advertise my sites.
To take most of it where would you spend your advertisng funds that convert most. My niche is online dating which is very competitive

 

If your budget is low, you can consider free traffic ways such as forum posting, blog commenting, link exchange, video marketing, social bookmarking, blogging, press release, social network and more.

 

for advertising i think adword is the best but it is expensive. if you don't have budget then i think its better to hire any SEO person and do SEO for your site. after having a good amount of money you can increase the level of investment.

What do you think about iframe-x.net?
Their ad packages are so cheap and I have some doubts about this service...

 

The traffics that you buy from third party do not last long. They will left you one day also. If you have limited resource on SEM, optimize your SEO then. This take some times and effort but at least the traffics are more valid.

 

But at the same time I have looked McTraffics.com and Awsmer.com and their rates are more realistic...
Maybe iframe-x.net is scam???
