Or where do you hold them. I use Go Daddy but they are killing me now and I am looking for an alternative that offers similar stuff, like free emails. Who do you advise?
There are dozen of threads asking the same over and over so as simple as use the search function to find everyone's recommendations
I use Name.com and Godaddy. I use name.com for .com domains I want to buy. And I use GoDaddy for other TLD extensions.
name.com is the best domain-selling place I have ever used. I have used Yahoo, Godaddy, and some other not as popular domain-selling places, and name.com exceeds all of them. Very use to use, not as spread out like Godaddy (Which I think is very complicated) and most of all very cheap.
Try the new Blue and Purple Hosting at blueandpurple[dot]net, they have a free domain for hosting. Have not with them yet though, but my friend tells me that they are good. I personally use gkg[dot]net for all my domains.
Personally, I prefer to stick with Name.com for .com & .net, Dynadot for .org, & Godaddy currently for .tv because of their current prices.
I use MyDomain.com most of the time because I like the bulk management tools plus I know the price is always the same with the coupon "bargaincat.com" - $5.95 for bulk reg and $7.61 for one domain or renewals. I also use Godaddy sometimes when they have a promo like for cheap .info's etc.
I use godaddy.com for .info , and name.com for .com .net and .org cheap and trusted registrar I think
Godaddy's interface sure is heavy, but they are still the best. Name.com as well as namecheap.com are good ones as well.
How about free? Try http://www.blueandpurple.net They are giving away free domains for every hosting bought..
i register domain at godaddy and name.com godaddy cheap but slow when login to godaddy account and it cheap + free hosting. name.com good but interface not friendly
