I use Mydomain.com for dot com's (with the coupon "bargaincat.com" for 15% off) and Dotster for .net's (with the coupon "bargaincat.net" ) and a bunch of other registers for other tld's, often Moniker for these obscure tld's since they offer most at reasonable prices.
godaddy are expensive and i've had some negative dealings with them so i use name.com 5.99$ coms and yeah accept paypal without having to fund an account
I've used GoDaddy for years and have experienced their customer service, which I've been very satisfied with. The one thing that I don't like is the ease with which I can find what I'm looking for within the site. It's not as user friendly as I would like. But, that's just me.
What I mean by paypal funds is if they do accept funds that you have on paypal, godaddy accepts paypal too but it charges from you credit card not on your funds.
