Where do you post free WordPress Themes? Apparently not in the WP forum.

    Where do we post new free WP themes we've created? I got a warning for posting one in the WP forum. How is that not appropriate? Where do we post them and is there some literature out there about where to post them? Because I searched and didn't find any.

    This seems unreasonable and makes me just not want to post anything at DP.

    Ah, I wouldn't have thought a freebie would go under templates for sale, but thank you for the answer.

    OK, well I can't get my zip file to upload there anyway... I guess it wasn't meant to be. :(

    I tried loading my freebie theme here for sale, but there is a minimum price of $1.00, so you cannot upload free themes

    You can if you are a premium member, but yeah... For the most part the system is for selling things.
