I host with http://a1whs.com. I have been with them for over a year and they have great prices and have near 100% uptime. I had one downtime for 15-20 for a server update in the whole time I have been with them. They offer awesome support including stuff that is not their fault.
Well, loads of new companies are out, many of them grow up very well. You dont need to go to oversellers. I got my own and its working very smoothly, If interested, let me know, i'll give you a nudge in your PM.
I am using Dinohost.com for all my hosting needs. I have 1 forum, 1 blog and 2 websites hosted their. 100% recommended.
liquidweb is also a good host. Ipower.com and lunarpages also has some good reviews. but i never try.
I host with FlaHost and Ultima Labs. They are both small, I know the owners, and they have DirectAdmin. It's perfect for me
Have used Godaddy for a site for over 5 years now and never had a problem, ever and there support is A1. I use HostingZoom for several others and would like to move them as have had some downtime a few times this year now and it never happened before so its time to move. So i am also looking for some good/reputable hosting and also if anyone knows some good proxy and adult hosting too that would be great . I will keep watching this thread for reviews/ideas too. cheers
