(to write reviews/news, for free [although review samples would be given after they have proven they can write quality articles])
You could post in the "services" section; Im sure someone is willing to submit articles to your site for free in return for a link at the bottom of your page. However, if you need top quality content for your site you have to be willing to pay.
Maybe try "in exchange for recognition" You can also get your hands on packages of pre-made articles that you can use on your site.
