Where do you get most of your traffic from?

1) Search Engines (Mostly Google)
2) Direct visits

 

Affiliates send a lot of traffic my way.

 

50% from PPC
30% from search engine
20% from other such as link, email, directories

 

pixel2life and tutorialized. I think only 15% of my traffic comes from google, and about 40-60% comes from tutorialized.

 

1) Search Engines - 75 %

2) Links exchange - 15 %

3) Banners - 10 %

 

- Direct
- Forums
- Search engines

These are top 3 (and are divided quite evenly among these) in my case.

 

I usually get most of my traffic from emails and using myspace.com. I have tried to be a bit more conservative since I am new to the whole thing and trying to make it work out. Some of them come from links as well.

 

I think email marketing is useless. The good way to increase traffic is trying to get your position better in Search Engine. Let's say it's SEO. Directories, link exchanges, etc. is part of SEO.

 

For me:
1) Direct (word of mouth, returning visitors, etc.)
2) Search Engines
3) Referrals

 

Most of my traffic comes from link partners and myspace... dont underestimate it at all.

 

Most of mine is from the engines, 'other' sites, and a collection of domains I've piled up over the years.
