    You can bulk register up to 500 domains at a time at godaddy with a bit of a discount; as low as $6.95 for .coms if you register 201-500 names.

    I use Omnis.com. You can also register more then one domain at a time, so that might be useful if your registering 100's at a time.

    With Yahoo, you can only have 1 per account. But you can sign up unlimited number accounts with different usernames, and same email =]
