How/where do you guys link readers from your articles at say Ezine, where you can't directly redirect them, to your sales page? What works best for you?

I feel a bit in over my head. I've heard linking to a review page that you've made at Squidoo, linking to your own website, etc. I guess a quick run through of each option would really help me out, thanks.

Hey all, figured i'd bump this hoping somebody would reply to my very noobish questions, but it'd really really help me out because I've read a lot about article marketing and all but I'm not completely straight on the nitty gritty elements like my previous question. Oh if there is some sort of thread someone could point me towards that I haven't seen which addresses the whole process from my last question that'd be fantastic, as well. Thanks!

I used to link my readers to my domain name which redirected them to product's sales page. However I don't use this method anymore while squidoo lenses work better for me.

Most of the time a review page for the product or a free pdf provided by the author branded with my aff. link in it of course.
Works like a charm for me for every 100 visitors i get like minimum 4 sales of course the traffic is very targeted and i only promote products written by experts in their field. Based on my own results you see nice results if you submit at least 25 long tail keyword rich articles for a particular product. The title and the body of your article is important but spend at least as much time on your resource box.
I'm not making thousands of dollars a day but 100$ -200$ days are no exception for me. Of course there are some 0$ as well.

Squidoo works rather well I have several dozen pages there. I do find though that using my websites I am able to convert much better. If you look at a squidoo page you will see all those ads and that may be the problem for lower conversions but in all squidoo is a great place to start. The pages just do really well in the SE's and as you know you have to link most article links to your own site or pages and can not be linked directly to an affiliate product.

Make each lens about a very specific product or angle on a topic and use original content. Get the best URL you can and use tags that people looking for what you have to offer would be likely to type into a search engine. Use some phrases as tags as well as single words.

Add affiliate Squidoo modules like Amazon and eBay, making sure that the products compliment your topic. Add your own affiliate links from ClickBank, Commission Junction and the like, again making sure that they compliment the lens topic.
