Where do we put "Willing to Buy" threads?

Hello,

I am looking to buy a few different types of websites and I can't find the correct section to put it in. It seems the old "Buy, Sell, and Trade" forums are just for Sellers to post only and not Buyers. Where can I post a Willing to buy post for websites?
