    Hey, guys!

I'm back here with another question.I know it's a good place to ask questions. :)

If you remember, I work at a software development company. We're now considering different on-line advertising opportunities. So my question is: what are the best resources to place an ad so that it reached small business owners?

    Thanx!

Adwords indeed. Overture reaches a big pool of potential business too.

blacikseamails.. you might want to look up at how you communicate with potential advertisers, if I'd got your response I'd laughed and moved on. IMO.

Definitely take a look at AdWords. If that works I try campaigns on Overture as well.

I run a small b-to-b software company and have found Google delivers much better quality in terms of business traffic than Overture (though it's also more expensive, aside from the greater volume). FYI - don't bother with the smaller PPC - LookSmart, etc.

If you're looking for quick traffic & potential sales, Adwords is the way to go.

If you're looking more long terms to improve your placement in the serps you'll want to look into text link advertising.

Depending on your market text links ads could be slightly more expensive than Adwords, but will produce better long term results (ie more traffic from the major search engines).

Does anyone have suggestions about sites that offer good ROI.....I think I read somewhere that BlueFind.com did well with Internet.com (helped get their traffic way up and their PR to an 8, for all that PR matters).

If anyone's had success with text links they've bought on other sites, I'd love to hear them. Thanks.
