Where do these ads come from?

They are definitely dynamic sponsored links, not individual affiliate accounts. My question is, how do you request these ads from yahoo / google and not get duplicates?

 

maybe they are individual accounts? his "search" doesnt work at all, and it is definitely keyword driven. when you click a category only the first page is relevant results, the other pages arent on topic at all. For example, you click 'black singles' and the first page is all black dating sites, then when you click next page it goes to 'local singles'. Anyone know how this is done?
