Hi all, I have been using GA fairly intensively the last couple of months - for tracking our daily number of visitors... ;-) We have quite a few people landing on our site via one keyword. If I isolate this for a month, then how do I see whee they go after landing on that site? I would like to know if they bounce, add product to basket, or continues throughout the site. On another note - I havent been able to find a good forum for GA questions - I hope this could be it! /J
For the page they've landed on - the home page or whatever - from the Top Content panel, click on the url and you'll go to another page with more details, such as time on page, bounce rate etc, and you also havea Navigation analysis section, where you can see entrances and exits to/from that page. And/or From the Traffic sources >Keyword - click on the keyword then on the next page, click the dropdown (it says none until you expand it) and choose the dimension 'Landing page' - again, here you'll find bounce rate, time on site etc etc The site overlay option is another good way to see where people go - it shows what navigation people clicked on Analytics gives you LOADS of data - you need to spend some time clicking all the drop-downs, all the options, so you can see what you can extract from it, and what's going to be useful to you.
