Where do people get their headshots for their banners?

    Just wondering where you get a person's headshot (or pictures of people) for a website banner? Do I have to go out and snap pics myself of willing models or people to include them in my banner?

    Some of the free ones are used way to often. Like the "live chat" lady, I think every site has the same lady.
