Where do I take my site from here?

    Hi,
    I have a new site, 7 days old. Statistics as of 9th June, 16:08 BST are:
    280 Uniques / week (Projected 1,600/month)
    170 hits from google / week (Projected 1,500/month)
    $0.05/day (0.21% CTR).

    How would you improve the site?
    I was thinking:
    Download the episodes to watch offline page, with a Zango gateway and so they have to download it (getting me $0.45/ea) to get the full downloadable episodes. (would this be illegal?)

    I hate Zango.
    I for one would not visit ANY site which uses it.

    Me too, but it does convert well and the people watching are not very I.T literate, and so would install without futher regard.
