Gang, I have a site called cellphone-advertising.com. It deals with mobile marketing and advertising. I regularly blog about how the mobile phone has become the haven for advertisers and marketers and the kind of impact mobile marketing as an industry can have on the common mobile phone user. My doubt is, when I submit my site to directories, under which category do I post it? I know; the doubt sounds a lil' silly. But I'm really confused. I can't post it under electronics and gadgets, as the site doesn't deal with mobile phone as an electronic device, but as an advertising medium. So, does that entitle me to post it under the advertising/marketing category? Will my site get enough exposure in that category or will it look odd there? I'd love to get your suggestions/comments. Thanks very much in advance for your time.
Contentedge, I'd go with the marketing and advertising category. If there isn't a specific category for mobile advertising I suggest you recommend one.
a blog should b e submitted to the specialized blog-directories best do it manually and select whatever matching category each blog directory offers at same time you also add the RSS feeds and enter the feeds into the most appropriate feed category and finally of course you ping all blog/rss directories after each new article you may reed the howto rss or use specialized software to submit all blogs - up to you.

Of course it goes with marketing and advertising! coz you post about mobile marketing and advertising and this is apparent that mobile marketing and advertising is just a niche in marketing and advertising itself, so I would submit it there without any doubt!
