Where do I send my W-9 Tax form?

    I could not find any Fax number or mailing address on the site for which to use to send in my W-9 tax form. Does someone have this information?

    You can't fax it, they need a hard copy. Not sure why, but I have networks requiring everything from snail mail (Azoogle), to Fax (CJ, and many others), and even digital "signing" (pretty much any DirectTrack network). I guess the law can be interpreted in widely different ways.
