Hi guys, I have made a claim in paypal and seller has said he/she has shipped item (which is what I am disputing). Paypal has said that it is waiting for buyers response. Now my question is where do I respond as I do not find a dialog box anywhere. When I go to the resolution center, I just get active cases with the name of the seller and transaction ID plus details..... Please help where should I respond? Should I email paypal or what?

You you go into the resolution center, view open cases, click on your dispute, the page it takes you to will show your original post, sellers response and give you a space to ad another response. You can also escalate this dispute to a claim.
Thanks ss. But I logged on and found no dialog box where you suggested. I clicked on Respond to paypal's request for info, but it takes me to the same page. Went to the resolution center as well...there is no space for me to respond anywhere...so pretty frustrated at the moment.
Maybe, the seller was made escalate claim to paypal about your dispute. So, you must needs some days and paypal will make a good resolution about your dispute. Is it digital goods or real goods? If it is real goods, the seller must be provide the tracking number for shipped your item. Or you can contact paypal via phonecall for more details.
