Where do I register

Hmm, where exactly can I register for the COOP? Sorry if i'm being a bit thickheaded and missing it,

It seems the screenshot you sent me shows all the text and a few links, just not the signup or FAQ ones

 

I'm getting the real page. Perhaps some problem on Mck's end.
