Where do I get GPT offers?

I see many GPT sites, but where do they get the offers from?
Is there any big known company that offers them?
Or do I have to contact each offer owner individually.

I remember there was once a forum that members post offers and then you complete them and you get paid for them.
Anyone remember that forum?

They are called incentive offers and you get them from affiliates who have incentive offers. There are many of these affiliates and everyone will ask you to click their sig to find out which ones so you'll know which ones they are!

But I just need to know how do they track them?
If someone finishes an offer, how do they know right away?

 

You have tracking links for each offer, on my site I use a subid and I can track who does what offer by running reports on the networks

Very true, some networks are phasing out incentive sites/offers as well.
