Google really are quit frustrating some times, so much information they give yet so vague. I've just applied to the AdSense programme. My problem is, I can't find the piece of code that they require to verify my application. "- Place the ad code on a live page of your website. It does not have to be the main page, but test pages that are empty except for the AdSense ad code will not be approved." This is what google are asking me to do. What code? Where do I find this code? After following dozens of google links claiming the information is there, turns out its not. I do not yet have a verified AdSense account and need this code to do it, but its far from clear what this code is and where it is. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks
Cancel that. I have uncovered what hasn't been working. Seems there were 2 links to sign into your google adsense account. 1 said you were unable to log in until your account was approved. However, you have to log in in order to get the code to be approved in the first place. Slight mistake by Google...that's an understatement.
