Where do I find some "Stumble This" code that will work on all pages of my site?

I need an example including the thumbs up . Since my site it dynamic and subdomains work well If I had one generic code it should in theory work for all pages of the site. Help? Anyone know the most effective way to add Stumble This in this manner?

Well I read that.. and It's too generic.. That coding would only work if I manually add it to each page however since my site's template calls all the subdomains from within it dynamically via a database and the template itself uses wildcard dns there must be a solution to have it say show up on http://bush.suckered.us or http://fergie.suckered.us and have it submit the correct link when they hit the stumble from that page?

HTML:

put that in template after following modification.

There replace <?php the_permalink(); ?> with any function which returns url of that subdomain which is loaded....and do the same for the title....
