Where do I find out about keywords and search frequency?

    Hi, need some help... I keep reading about people finding keyword terms that generate 5000+ searches per month, or similar stories. I just can't seem to find a free service that provides this information. Am I missing something? Also, I applied for AdSense, they sent me their friendly introductory email, but it's been a week and my account is apparently still under review. Does it usually take more than a week? Thanks for anyone's help...

    Use the google KW tool. Start with something broad like weight loss, then dig your way down to find something small you can take on :)
