Where do I find a fast and good Proxy?

    I need a fast and reliable Proxy service with several IP addresses (roulette) for some windows applications that is doing external scans. I'm willing to pay for a membership if needed. I'm not looking for web based proxy services.

    Any suggestions? :)

    just try http://www.juvos.com/ meny proxy site are here if you have not getting gud result for this ..
    then you use ip changer just try hop you will get bast .

    I would try the program, IP Hider.

    Programs are probably going to be your best bet. Just keep in mind it is obviously only on one computer.
