 I will be the first to admit, that I am clueless when it comes to this adsense thing. I found on google that you could make money doing this. I applied and got approved, I also made a blog to use as a website. From there I have not the first clue as to what I am supposed to do. I know that you have to work, that money doesnt just fall out of the air at you. But could someone point me in the right direction to some tips or something that I need to do?

    Thanks in advance!

Put the adsense code onto your site, and blend them into your site. ^^

Then you should start putting up content. What is your site going to be about? For example if it's about cars start posting content on cars and start advertising. Get backlinks etc.

I would first put up content, and then place the ads in. Make them seem like they're part of your site, don't make them seem out of place.

    It's quite simple.

    You get paid for clicks.
    Visitors click.
    You need visitors.
    Visitors need their wants satisfied.
You need to offer what visitors want.
Visitors want tools, entertainment, education... Content!
    You need content!
When you have content, you need the visitors to find the content.
    You need marketing.
    Etc....

First step would be not to click on your own ads

Wow I can't believe there are people who still don't know what adsense is. I kinda feel sorry for you since you have a LOT of work in front of you to catch up. But if you want to get started the google adsense help page is that you need.

    Thank You
