    If your looking for cheap links your wasting your money. Links Rentals mixed with blogs links are the best way to go quality wise well speaking your looking to build a consistent market.

    20000 links from how many different domains / IPs? 20000 links from different IPs will cost quite a lot of money.
    You can try LinkWorth, see if it's cheap enough for you. Otherwise find someone here who offers a link building service.

    alway keep one thing in mind, you get what you pay for. 20,000 links is no joke. how much it will cost depends on what kind of links you are looking at. you can submit to 1000 directories or 500 article sites for very low cost or free if you do it yourself. there are lot of other ways to get cheap links. but its always the quality and not the quantity of links that matter
