Where Do I Add My Signature Links?

I have been a member for more than 7 days and have more than 10 posts but yet when I click on Edit Signature there is nowhere to add any signature links, am I doing something wrong? I also checked to see if I have show signature links checked and I do, so whats the problem here?

That's the link you need.
This is your 7th day of membership now. You need to be a member for a whole 7 days before your signature is enabled.
