Where Do Google Get there Currency Exchange Rates From?

Hi,

Just hoping someone might know, for planning purposes where Google get their exchange rates from, I use xe.com for planning purposes but they seem to vary quite a bit from the rates Google uses.

It's the daily conversion rates, probably from XE or other similar site.

 

Probably from an official exchange rate mechanism.

 

Only they and god knows. I think they should be more transparent over this.

 

wouldn't the rates be from the bank they use?
well,they are the ones that are converting it from the US currency.

 

Its the rate that they follow when they dispatch the checks.

 

Does Google issue foreign checks in US dollars or local currency?

 

You can choose that. It is actually up to you.

 

if country is listed in the list then local currency otherwise usd
