Where do good designers hang out now a days?

    My goto guys died or something similiar. I need a new designer.

    Someone who does really good work, web 2.0 style.

    Anyone know where to find good designers? Or know anyone? I would even be willing to pay a finders fee... lol. Someone who works fast, is dependable, and good.

    I have a friend who needs the business... Lol. I think he's brilliant and timely, at least when he's got his computer handy, which should happen some time here soon. :)
