Where do domain registrar offers go?

    If a domain registrar has an everyday low price which one wishes to tell the users about (above $5) would it go in the BST Domains section?

    If there is a special promotion, where would it go?

    If there is a special promotion below $5, where would it go?

    As always, appreciate the time you all take to help inform the members.
