Feedback where do a I report a scammer? Sold me a domain they hacked, wasn't theirs to sell

Where do I report a user that is a scammer? Person sold me a domain, i paid, domain moved to me. Real domain owner files a dispute, and gets domain back. Apparently this seller broke into their godaddy account and pushed it to me before real owner knew. Of course this user doesn't respond anymore, but I paid them. My fault for not getting "verification" of domain ownership.

Where do I report this user to DP?

You can't. Just leave a negative iTrader and move on, unfortunately that's all you can do as DP does not get involved in member disputes unless both members are premium members, even then there's not a lot they can do. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate deal though.

You can't reverse it and don't leave a another iTrader as it's not good to leave duplicates, however maybe report it and explain the situation in the report. However I do have a fake negative on my profile which was never removed, so it's totally up to you ;)

Best thing to do is report it to the payment processor and/or the authorities.
