I've been searching high and low for their affiliate program and haven't been able to locate the network their using. Or do you need to purchase a membership before you can promote their affiliate program?

Regarding the Wealthy Affiliate membership fee and their affiliate program, you can earn back the membership fee and more by only passively promoting Wealthy Affiliate. That being the case, it's pretty stupid not to join. I mean if you can't passively promote Wealthy Affiliate and get a couple of referrals, then you're obviously never going to make it in affiliate marketing anyway. Earning back you Wealthy Affiliate membership fee is cake. If you can't do that, then you've got little hope.
I am a total beginner and this month my balance is up to $364. This is all from the WA affiliate program. I've earned 19 referrals and 7 recurring. I have the rest of this month to continue to work for referrals and I will get a payout at the end of the month. If that's not good enough for you and you MUST have proof, then I will snatch a screenshot so you can see that I'm telling the truth. And P.S. Their "techniques" aren't rocket science. That's why earning your membership fee back is not difficult even for newbies.

You basically get the membership for free after you make just 2 referral sales. I haven't had to pay for the membership at all because I got 2 referral sales the first week and at the time I was not offering any bonuses or discounts at all.
