    Just pose yourself as a customer for some SEO firms and ask them for their agreement. Use that as a guideline and compile on for your purpose.

    Yes, that's cool, and I also believe that it's not work done specifically for you, we are prob looking at standard agreements, so it wouldn't hurt them.
