Where can i submit content?

I think that making some high quality articles could get my hits up...what websites can i submit articles to and i can also add a small link at the bottom. Thanks!

is there any way to control the Contents , i mean i would not like my website link/articles on certain types of sites ? is there any system where one have to get your site approved by me before placing my article ?
