Hey all, Thinking of starting a proxy group with a daily/weekly newsletter sent out promoting the various proxies sent in. Where can I start one for free, with a page ranking proxies (Ie #1- proxysite1.com, #2- proxysite2.com etc) allowing members to join and add their proxies and offering the manager the option of sending members weekly emails? Tried Google Groups, but have no idea on how to use HTML so could not make the pages. Is Yahoo Groups any better?
