    The best place I know is Codecanyon from Envato market. You can sell your PHP Script here. They have a PHP Script category and you can check it. The price depends on your code, services, and the marketplace also.

    I think on codecanyon is many developers already, i been selling my php scripts there, but they are too many people seeing what you are creating and copying your job. That´s not good for business :) haha
