Where can i Report Wrong iTrader Rating?

Hello Moderator,
I am selling a script in this thread

But a guy named Solimax have gave me a negative iTrader here thinking me as selling a pirated copy the script since he bought me from another forum[i am using different user ID there] he have given a negative iTrader here

But finally while chatting about the script support he said me a guy selling your script in DP and i told him that i am...
So finally he corrected his mistake and have posted here

and i have got a negative rep and wrong posts in my thread..
So i reported the Mod regarding posts and iTrader but none took any action until now[Think they are very busy]

So any one can do me the following actions

As dynashox said, Its is unmoderated area using this symbol
is to report a thread only not for reporting Itrader. I think mod cant moderate Itrader.
It has been answered by the mod all the time.
