The way to alert members regarding problems is in deal thread and with itrader.

But what if the scammer also leaves a negative feedback.

Are you a man or a mouse? Responses like the above state plainly for the world to see that you are an available mark.

It is fairly easy to read the factual account in deal thread and come to reasonable conclusion.

How is that scamming anyway? Someone bought links on your site but didn't pay, you don't put his links online.. You haven't been scammed at all..

    Your fault, period.
The golden rule of advertisements, don't advertise unless you got the payment in full. Even if you advertise without getting the payment, take it down if you didn't get paid within an hour of deal.
Politely tell the buyer that you will put it back online as soon as you get the payment.

As I said, if you didn't get the payment within an hour, you should have taken the ad down, and politely informed him that you would put it back as soon as you get the payment. This is how it works.
I fail to understand, why would you wait for 5 days? How anyone can get scammed while selling link/post spot?

Again, why would you wait for 5 days? How much time does anyone need to send $10? Common sense says, less than 10 mins. If person is not paying me up even after an hour, I'm not gonna hold my breath for such punitive amount. I will pull the ad post offline and ask him to make the payment if he wants to see it online ever again. And if you are talking about blog post, I wont even touch the keyboard without getting 50% upfront.

If you had done that, there wouldn't have been need for any -ve iTrader. Now I doubt that anyone is going to do anything about the itrader that you received. because there is always two sides of story, we know your side, but what about the other side?

would not have been need or an -itrade? What about the time and efforts I spend to write an article for him?

I can proof the other site of the story, they are all PM in my inbox !

I can proof everything, he use to read the PM's 5 minutes after sending them but he is sooo "busy" that never replied !
and if you see his feedbacks you will see that he did this at least 5 other times !

$5 upfront for the effort, what did you not understand?

Even more reasons to not to advertise without getting the payment, let alone waiting for 5 days.
