Where can i register an .AZ domain?

    a friend asked me to look for a place to register an Azerbaijan domain for him.
    i found some places, but the prices are out of this world!
    so far, the best i found were :
    http://www.101domain.com/az.htm 314$/year (795$ for 2 years!!! where's the logic?)
    and http://www.domainsrus.net/co-az.htm 695$ for 2 years.

    is there even a possibility to find such domains for a cheaper price?

    prior to first time registration you should prove that you have obtained hosting in azerbaijan and then they register it.
    After that, you can change your ns. and direct it to your main hosting.
