Where can I purchase a T&C and Privacy Policy?

I have used an online attorney before but its pretty expensive. And no, I do not want to write it myself or steal someone else's. Is there someone with paralegal or attorney degrees on DP offering their services for a reasonable fee?

    I used this guy: http://www.internet-legal.com/

He has a flat fee for the terms and conditions and privacy policy. At the time I used him it was $1500 for both. Seemed high at the time, but I shopped around and he was the cheapest. His stuff was great though. Everything was customized to my site and I was very pleased. I needed a few changes, and that made me glad it was a flat fee. That also meant I was not paying extra just to call him on the phone.

I thought about doing it myself for a while, but it turns out there is some very specific stuff about what has to be in a privacy policy, where the links on the page need to be, the use of CAPS in the T&C, and so on.

anyway, it was the most expensive part of my website but I think it was worth it. I have a need for a very strong T&C though, since other sites similar to mine have ben sued.

Sort of, LLC provides a little more protection.

If you are running a hosting company, you might want to contact your hoster as some allow you to use their T&C as well as Privacy Policy.

I have not been sued, but other sites similar to mine have (craigslist). An LLC will not keep you from being sued. What it does is it separates your LLC's assets from your own. So If I sue your LLC, the I can get my hands on any money or assets associated with the LLC, but if you have a million bucks in your personal account I cant touch it (unless I get a really really good lawyer). So an LLC is definitely a good idea.
