Try Godaddy or Mydomain.com, good prices with a coupon. Moniker are also pretty good for security but not so easy to use if your new.

What do you mean by "Security Certificate"?

An SSL Certificate? They usually run $30-$100 but Namecheap.com has a special where basic Comodo SSL certificates are free for the first year.

godady is fine and I think that good as alternative you could try as well name cheap ,as for some reason they are really cheap indeed and as alternative after look for SSL certificate you could try watchdog from networks solutions to secure your channel

    Namecheap accepts unverified Paypal.

Their rates are not cheap per se, but when you factor in the free whois, the price they quote for the first year is not bad.

You may visit my site www.hayat.co.in

Some TLD's are cheaper than godaddy and name

Rates change though time to time. Now you can buy .biz and .us at cheaper rate. $6.50 only

Don't go with Godaddy, please. I've seen how they deactivate your account for just 1 spam and then asking $200 to reclaim that domain.

    Go with someone else.

I can't fault GoDaddy though I have just moved all my domains to Name.com purely for the fact that Name.com offer free private registration.

In any event I don't host with my domain registrar, that's asking for trouble.
