hello! i have few wordpress theme i made and i was wondering if someone have websites that i can upload them for people to download them free? also how can i promote my free themes? thanks!
I own a wordpress gallery wpvine.com which features free themes, pm me the themes [the zip archives] and I'll review them personally and add to my site. Apart from that, you can manually submit your themes to many wordpress theme galleries like themesbase etc, and you can also use one of the many wordpress theme submission services here on DP.
I created my own wordpress blog, which gives away my wordpress themes. I have never submitted it to another site and neither will you if you use the right keywords and book mark them etc. I hope that helps,
