    Paying for an SEO "course" is a complete waste of money and time. You are far better of learning on this forum, asking questions when you get stuck. Won't take long.

    There many places were u can learn SEO .But untill u get admitted to an institute you learn SEO through internet. In net there are mane website which is very easy to understand. And along with learning start your own blog were u can apply those SEO technique which u learned . This will make your concept clear.

    It is much better to learn by experience their are loads of people in India which you can work with some SEO jobs and in long run you can gain ideas and experience from them. You can also browse and read different webmaster forums coz you can learn a lot from it

    I'm afraid the best way is to learn from your peers. Take time to read some of the better bloggers, especially the likes of Matt Cutts, and also take time to learn the common misconceptions too, so that you can avoid them.

    Google is your friend, it will locate the best SEO's for you by virtue of the fact they will rank highly for SEO related searches. Poor SEO's won't.

    boy8888, DP is a good resource, but it is not the best. A lot of naivity exists here also.

    Specialised forum's and blogs hold much more insight in SEO.
