Where can I learn Photoshop ?

There is a lot of different ways you can learn how to use Photoshop. On the internet or you can go to a college and basically everyone of them offers some sort of Photoshop course.

You don't need to learn photoshop for some banners!
There are some generator banner site that make for you the job
and its free,

Try to look at google for banner maker, Banner Generator or Banner Creator

Ok, I'm back here.

I learned a bit PS since then, but I can tell you that the best way to learn it is from step by step tutorials. Get a tutorial, learn some important steps and you'll handle it after that. Why's that ? Because most of the tutorials include some very important steps that can help you in almost all kind of designs.
