Where can I learn Photoshop ?

Hi. I really need some banners and images but I can't afford to pay for all of them, so I want to learn how to use Photoshop.

and i'm not that expert in photoshop ..but i don't remember that photoshop make a gif "have movement" pic's ...

Sparxxx, thats the problem. I can afford to buy banners, but I don't want to spend so much money on them, and I can create one myself.
