Where can I hire someone to add english sub-titles to some korean videos?

    I am looking for someone to translate the Korean audio in videos
    and put in english text subtitles in that video.

    videos are anywhere from 3 to 20 minutes.

    Where is the best place on the internet to find and hire from.
    Let me know if you have experience with this or just have
    'heard' where to find someone.
    (i.e. Please don't just say "check out eLance").
