I tried odesk recently for the article writing. So far, I haven't had good experience. I hired one person, but she is doing things very slow. Eight days have passed, she hasn't finished even one article.

 

You can go with any of the above suggestions, provided you have the time to weed out through scammers and some shady "writers" who can't write their way out of a wet paper bag. DP and Odesk are full of them.
