I've done lots of research within this forum among others. Also, I have ebooks and have done research on the web. My conclusion...Everything says the same thing over and over in different words. Its like reading the same article thats been spun 10 times. Thats probably what I have been reading. Where can I go to learn some SEO or have what i've been reading all there is to read? I don't want to pay 100 dollars a month for some bs seo coaching so please do not post a link for me linking to some 'expert' seo coach.

this is exactly the whole point. you just keep spinning your article in your site to rank. same seo lesson that you read almost ten times, the keyword is also put number of times in different pages and post. although some of it aren't proper seo, it is still considered optimization. just keep reading or better yet buy some ebooks in buy and sell section. you'll see something new from them
