where can i get wordpress plugins?

wher can i get wordpress plugins and i want to know how to install them?i want to know the procedure.

 

it's so easy . upload it to your plugin directory and active it from your admin panel & start to use. it takes max. one minute

 

I have a list of what I consider essential wordpress plugins on my site. Either hit the link in my sig or my blog link in the header.

Most WP Plugins have a readme.txt file that will explain how to install them. It's really easy.
