I am starting out with wallpaper but I am tight on budget. Can anybody tell me where can I buy wallpapers? I want to be on the legal side so I don't want to rip the wallpapers. there are many people who sell walpapers on DP but are they legit? Which is the credible source to buy legit walpapers? Before paying for wallpapers you can search Google for "Royalty Free Images" - there are so many online image databases, which you can use. Just download all those images, that are in high quality and look like a wallpaper. You can go to Flickr and search for pictures with creative commons , photobucket, istockphote.... Than after you have filled your website, pay someone for real high quality wallpapers. Just ask for some sort of proof of ownership.
Yes they are legit else the seller will be sue by the copyright owner. By the way,you can always go to http://www.wallpapers.com/ to get free wallpaper for your site and its free
